Route Planner - Cagayan de Oro

QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.Required skill(s): leadership, communication skill, inter personal skill, computer literate and know how to use MS Office, AnalyticalCan provide analysis and compose reports, Knowledge in Geography – principles and methods.With background in using SAPMinimum of 1 year experienced in Warehouse and Distribution (FMCG)At least 1 year experience in as load / route planning.Full-Time position(s) available.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs route plan and shipment creation in SAP according to remoteness of fixed delivery schedule- prioritized all far flung and orders with stickering/labelling requirements then transmit routes to warehouse. Perform scheduling of returns for pull-out also- aligned with fixed delivery schedule or be a special pull-out.Responsible in scheduling of re-route that have been confirmed with CSR that go for rescheduling then include in route planning.Confirm that all shipment being created wouldn’t encounter any PO cancellation / Expired PO or would be rejected due to no Merchandiser schedule, outlet inventory and lack of time.Do truck booking to 3rd Party Trucking Services Partners according to area / delivery familiarity, route truck requirements or order volume and truck types- dry trucks or reefer trucks.Align trucking operator / coordinator in call time for loading, PPE requirements and needed budget for toll fees, village fees, etc.Responsible in sending Delivery Truck Assignment (DTA) to all concerns; warehouse ops, CSR and heads.Immediately source trucks for pending routes due to several issues like offload, truck no show and refused to load.Sending incident report if 3rd party trucking services failed to pick-up routes due to truck no show and refused to load.Ensuring that all created shipment is correct, Shipment Transport route/Plant, Shipment Type (Regular or Co-load) and Route Code.Performs whatever function that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
