Patra Philippines is hiring for CSRs/Virtual Assistants who will support a high-level management team of a US based insurance company.
As a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Specialist, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and requires excellent English proficiency, written and verbal communication. Candidate needs to be well organized, self-motivated, highly detail-orientated.

Manage inbound/outbound callsOutlook calendar management and schedulingDomestic and international travel coordinationBusiness communications to internal/external stakeholders (email, phone, etc.)Event planning and coordinationReport generating and preparationdocument managementData entry/processingPresentation creation/editingExpense reportsDaily tasks as requested by ManagementOther duties may also be assignedQUALIFICATIONS:
