Patra Philippines is continuously hiring for Virtual Assistants (Administrative Specialists) with Commercial / Personal Lines Insurance experience.

LOCATION: Eastwood, Libis Quezon City (Applicant must be living around Eastwood or nearby cities wherein transportation/attendance is NOT an issue when we go back to Office-based setup)

SALARY: Php27,000 - 33,000 + Benefits

WORK SCHEDULE: Night shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage inbound/outbound callsOutlook calendar management and schedulingDomestic and international travel coordinationBusiness communications to internal/external stakeholders (email, phone, etc.)Event planning and coordinationReport generating and preparationdocument managementData entry/processingPresentation creation/editingExpense reportsDaily tasks as requested by ManagementOther duties may also be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to commute to and function efficiently in a call center environment.Physically able to work night shiftApplicant must be living around Eastwood or nearby cities wherein transportation/attendance is NOT an issue when we go back to Office-based setupBachelor's Degree HolderWilling to learnExperience or working knowledge in commercial / personal lines insuranceBPO ExperienceWith stable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS)
