Position: CSR Voice | Non Life Insurance Account

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Work Set-up: Hybrid; 2 - 3 times a month onsite

Shedule: Shifting

Salary Offer:

P23,500 - P26,500 Package

(P19,000 to P22,000 basic + P2,500 NTA + P2,000 Language premium)

Voice Work

Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues.Assess and resolve standard and non-standard issues.Seek advice and escalate issues.

Qualifications

BS Graduates or at least 1st year college undergraduate.Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience, handling voice-international accountsHybrid set up but must be willing to work onsite at least 2-3 times a month.Amenable to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shifts.
