Position Title: Relationship Specialist (PCOBG)

Job Summary:

The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager maintain close ties with merchants with a view of growing the relationship and ensuring billing levels are maintained. The role will also include elements of merchant customer service.Merchant visitations, extending customer service activities, conducting outbound calls with a view to establishing rapport with merchants and resolving issues.Merchant Orientation to ensure merchant outlets are informed of terminal functionalities, fraud prevention and key information to increase merchant potentialPrepare communication materials for updates and other relevant information on sales and promotional programs

Qualifications:

Has experience in merchant relationship from a credit card company or any financial institution is an advantageGood oral and written communication skillsMust be willing to do field workProficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
