Treasury Officer

Job Description:Checks and validates daily collections summary of the companySupervise the daily operations of the Treasury Management DepartmentFacilitates processing of necessary documents for funding requirement of the companyCoordinate closely with other departments to align Cash / Payment requirementPrepares Cash Flow Report with two (2) month forecast/projectionPrepares Request for Funding to fund processed payables and forecasted payables, as wellPrepares and updates supporting schedules for the Cash Flow Report with ForecastPerforms other tasks to be assigned by the superior from time to timeQualifications:Candidates must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance or AccountingPreferably a Certified Public AccountantExperience in the real estate industry is an advantageMust have at least 4-5 years of work experience and have experience in dealing with banksProficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other Accounting SoftwareStrong organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to prioritizeStrong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skillsFlexible to work hours in order to complete tasks in required timely mannerWilling and able to work with minimum supervisionWilling and able to work under pressureAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
