Make outbound calls for patient health monitoring and medical case investigationRespond promptly to patient and client inquiries and concerns via email, SMS, and callIdentify and investigate issues through data collection and interviewsCoordinate with onsite medical staff to ensure timely smooth operationsTrack case details and send out emails at high volumesMinimum QualificationsFlexible with work hours (e.g. rest day on weekdays, or starting work at 1PM)Knowledgeable in google sheets and MS officeExperience in customer service, patient counseling, and medical field is preferredOutgoing personality with strong communication skillsWillingness to work onsite in Makati
