Shift Engineer

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.Required skill(s): Proficiency in the Building’s electrical and mechanical systems.Required language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Regular:1. Supervises the daily activities of all technicians2. Coordinates with the Building Engineer for instructions3. Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the following building equipment and facilities:i. Air-conditioning Systemii. Water and Sewage Systemiii. Drainage systemiv. Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systemv. Electrical System4. Handles complaints and requests of unit owners and tenants with regards to the building’s electrical and mechanical systems5. All other related tasks as requiredOccasional:1. Prepares required periodic reports
