JOB DEscriptIONI. JOB OBJECTIVE/MISSION:The position is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the building’selectrical and mechanical systems and equipment.II. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Regular:1. Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the following buildingequipment and facilities:i. Air-conditioning Systemii. Water and Sewerage Systemiii. Drainage systemiv. Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systemv. Electrical System2. Handles unit owners/tenants’ complaints or assistance needed in electrical andmechanical systems.3. Coordinates with the Building/Facilities Manager or Building/Facilities Engineerfor instructions4. All other related tasks as required Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Others or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
