ELECTRICAL SIMULATION ENGINEER

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS ECE and EE.At least 3 years experience as Circuit simulation engineer or product engineer with knowledge in power products circuit layout.Knowledge on power module and extensive background in power products like

MOSFET, IGBT, DIODES, TRIAC, SCR, BJT

Extensive know how on simulation software:

Simetrix, Ansys Q3D, ANSYS Simplorer, Ltspice and other related circuit simulation software.

Electrical and spice simulation backgroundStatistical tools, programming using Labview & C++CAD simulation tools knowledge is an advantageWith circuit simulation (Spice modeling) is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform electrical circuit simulation in power moduleConduct complete electrical simulation, dynamic switching, and current sharing analysis on various power module design.Will create and optimize IMS, DBC layout to achieve good electrical response
