Lead Electrical Design Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented Lead Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services Design team. We are rapidly expanding, and this is a solid opportunity to join a dynamic newly created design team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Electrical design of building services and associated systems of work.Manage and maintain the record of all incoming and outgoing drawings from the office as per QA procedures.Liaise and coordinate with other disciplines of the design team.Manage and control outputs in accordance with the design work program.Attend meeting when required.Carry out any assignments that will be given from time to time by the management.Assist with the training and development of subordinates.Assist in multidisciplinary project activities.Use of electrical software and 3D modelling to develop electrical system designs.Other duties as required by management from time to time.

Qualifications (Minimum and Desirable):

Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacityLicensed Electrical Engineer (REE)

Experience, skills and organisational knowledge

Knowledge in Bluebeam Revu, Autocad , Revit MEP, PowerCad-5, AGI and DialuxKnowledge in Lightning, Lighting Controls, Power, FDAS, Security and Data Lay-outs, Schematic Design and Schedules
