We are currently seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Building Services Design team. We are rapidly expanding, and this is a solid opportunity to join a dynamic team of design and drafting experts who will support your growth and development.Desired skills and experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.Registered Mechanical Engineer.Minimum of 5 years work experience in Mechanical design including cooling load calculations, water piping systems, MVAC/HVAC Duct sizing, equipment sizing and selectionBuilding Automation SystemsFire Protection SystemsPreparation of Technical SpecificationsProficient in Design software, Windows and Microsoft applications.Proficient in using AutoCAD.Proficient in using Revit (MEP) software, advantage.Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, project design consultants and client representatives
