QA Engineer

To lead and motivate QA internal auditors, engineer (if any) to ensure compliance to existing internal and external customer specificationsChecks new package, process, material and equipment if aligned with the current operation programs of the company.Conducts gap analysis for new process , new specs from customer whenever necessaryRevisit/check/review QA existing activities if needs necessary enhancementReviews sampling plan on a continuing basis in each QA station to determine the suitable quality levels and inspection procedure in line with productivity and quality goals of the company.Attends to problem lots/customer complaints, analyzes sources of the problem by checking all relevant data from the process history and other sources, communicates to all concerned department and lead/facilitate internal/external customer complaintCoordinates with cross functional teams, champions and administers corrective action reports and feedbacks.Ensures quality of work to the satisfaction of customer (internal/external)Complies to the proper operating procedures of safety, health standards and regulations

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree in Engineering (Electronic Communication Engineer)Computer literate (MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferably with working experience in Semiconductor/Electronics industryWith at least 2 year experienced on electronics or semicon company as QA EngineerKnowledgeable in 7QC tools is an advantageGood Communication skills in English (written and oral)Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure
