Process Engineer

Develop, evaluate, improve and document manufacturing process (Burn-In, Inspection, recycling, and other business unit)Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environment (process specs/WI)Analyze process flow continually for the enhancement of quality, cost reduction and throughputCollaborate with QRT/QIT, BIB PM regarding product tooling, inventory and project innovation to ensure effectual production methodsConfer with vendors/suppliers in determining product specifications and arranging equipment, parts or material purchase and evaluating products according to quality standards and specificationsProvide engineering support in production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical problemsDesign, develop or enhance specific programs, product changes and new products by working with technical consultant and hardware engineeringSupport company policies and procedures, goals and objectives and good manufacturing practicesCompliance to RBA codes and Data Privacy Act PolicyDelegated as Customer Representative to be able to relate and to monitor the effective implementation of customer requirements concerning their respective areas of responsibility.Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which might be assigned by the company from time to time

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree in Engineering (Electronic Communication Engineer)Computer literate (MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferably with working experience in Semiconductor/Electronics industryWith at least 2 year experienced on manufacturing or semicon company as Process EngineerKnowledgeable in SPC data encoding/presentation is an advantageGood Communication skills in English (written and oral)Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure
