Test Technician (EMS MU2)

Qualifications: (Required years of work experience and educational background)• Must be 2 years graduate (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Technology)• Must have 1-2 years experience as Technician in Electronics Manufacturing• Above average analytical reasoning ability Functions:Repair, recovery and verification of all test rejects encountered in line in shortest possible time Provide inventory report every week with FA planTake lead in analyzing returned units from customer (RMA)Generate FA report for RMA and line issues and provide suggestion on appropriate corrective actionsSupport test engineers in text fixture modification, tester improvement for robust and reliable set-upSupport test engineers in evaluation methods to determine root causes and corrective/preventive actionsAnalyze yield trends and formulate execution action plans for improvementInitiate improvement on the test & participate in SGA (WISE, 6 sigma, etc) to improve the quality level and operating cost of a test processesRepair, troubleshoot and capturing of physical problems of test machines and PC'sSkills and Abilities:• Familiar with PCB level process like ICT and system level process like board functional test (BFT or FT), burn-in test, system level test (ST).• Can confidently communicate and coordinate major ENGINEERING issues to external and internal customers involvedOther Requirements:- Computer literate preferably MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio.- Have exposure as technical operator that can able to perform minor machine set-up.- With basic knowledge in jigs & fixtures, design conceptualization
