JOB SUMMARY:
The Meralco Cadet Engineering Program (MCEP) is a program for newly-hired Registered Electrical Engineers which intents to fast-track immersion into the organization and accelerate competency development in their area of specialization.
The program has 3 components:
Fundamental Courses (Meralco in the Philippines Landscape, Introduction to the Customer Services Process, The Meralco Engineering Backbone, and Distribution Utility in the Digital Age)Specialized Course (Networks)Supplementary Courses and ImmersionQUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering coursePassed the May or September 2022 Electrical Engineers Licensure Exam with a rating of 85% or higherMust be willing to work onsite (Pasig City)公司介绍
