职位描述

Under the directions of the COO, the Firex Products Division Manager is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the FPD Division in accordance with the ISO standards.

1. Responsible for Budgeting, Costing, Revenue Target Setting, and Business Unit Profitability of Firex Products Division (FPD) by proactively monitoring the maintenance of high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the FPD’s planning efforts. 

2. Handles day to day operational management and decision making for FPD which includes, but not limited to hands on management of big-ticket biddings, sales presentations, and closing of volume sales transactions.

3. Conceptualizes and finalizes overall direction and operational plans of FPD. 

4. Works to ensure that all FPD objectives are assigned in a timely fashion. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

5. Takes the lead in following and implementing the ISO objectives and policies of the company in FPD.

6. Builds peer support and strong inter-company relationships with other key management personnel. 

7. Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Job Specification

A graduate of any course with at least 3 years work experience in the same industry; must have an entrepreneurial spirit; must know diplomacy, must be determined and with impeccable moral character.
