职位描述
Position Summary
To execute various operational activities in their functional area (Sourcing/Recruitment). To ensure the achievement of sourcing/hiring
requirements/targets for the different accounts and departments.
Functional Responsibilities
Executes planned sourcing activities including call-outs to ensure target applicant footfall and hires are achieved on time. Represents the company in all kinds of external and internal recruitment/sourcing events sanctioned by TELUS International Philippines.May provide tactical support in all kinds of sourcing channels/projects/initiatives and may perform tasks assigned by the TA Sourcing Officer / TA Sourcing Manager for the accomplishment of the account’s and/or department’s objectives.Develops and fosters close relationships with customers.公司介绍
