Operations Supervisor

Overall Summary:

Responsible for the end to end management of a team of installers and drivers.

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate staffing, compliance, and projected needs to maintain quality.Establish, communicate, and evaluate progress towards field goals and benchmarksSecure workforce will be adequate in order to support daily operationsManage a diverse team of Field Technicians/Drivers responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining outside services for customersAssess and evaluate team and individual performance based on set KPI standardsEnsure safety, quality issues, workforce performance, feedback and training, and disciplinary actions are met and performedResponsible for pushing the team to find ways to improve productivity on a day-to-day basisStrictly monitor all Teams on the ground in order to maximize their productivityConstant and timely monitoring of the progress of each Team on the groundLead, motivate, develop, and coach the Field TeamsRemoving barriers and solving problems to help the team be productiveEnsure to cater to all requests and queries of Field Teams within SLAStrategize and build a systemized flow of operationsImplement and cascade strategies and solutions brought down by management in order to mitigate and achieve KPIs and SLAsWork closely with the operations Manager, external business unit Heads other Team Leaders within the groupAttend weekly cadences as neededConduct Field checkpoints at least two times a weekConsolidation of daily and weekly reports required by the Operations ManagerOther responsibilities that may be provided by the Immediate Supervisor from time to time (adhoc)

Qualifications:

Graduate of Electronics Engineering or any relevant courseAtleast 2 years of technical experience (related to FTTx) and atleast 1 yr of experience as Team LeaderPreferably can drive (w/ valid drivers license)Strong personality
