OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Provide day-to-day supervision of the Human Resources staff·        VALIDATE & CHECK HR TRANSACTIonSConduct daily checking & follow-through on daily transactions·        REVIEW HR REPORTSReview completeness & accuracy of HR reports·        SUPPORT STORE OPERATIonSProvide policy advice & guidance to all employees requiring assistance·        REVIEW PERFORMANCE-RELATED FORMSCheck completeness & accuracy of performance related forms to facilitate HR action·        REVIEW EMPLOYEE SEPARATIONS/EXITS & CLEARANCESReview completeness & accuracy of employee separations & clearance Qualifications:·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management·        With at least 1-2 years of experience in general HR·        Good communication and interpersonal skills·        With pleasing personality, flexible and able to multi-task·        Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours·        Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Tarlac·        Full-time positions available
