OSP Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for provide 24/7 maintenance service to DITO CustomerResponsible for both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of all project scope including all Backbone Optical fiber and access optical fiber in this areaEnsure to meet all kinds of maintenance KPI in terms of site acceptance, network availability, network outage index and mean time to restore, ensure to restore backbone fiber issue within 8 hours and access fiber issue within 10 hours, etc.Ensure to follow correct maintenance procedure and meet customer required KPI with good work quality and efficiency.Be familiar with design/as built drawing, fiber testing tools and splicing tools and testing reports.Good at fiber laying, splicing & testing.Travel within Mindanao from time to time for quality check and provide guidance to other maintenance teams.Other tasks assigned by GPM.

Job Requirements:

Must be a graduate of Management/Engineering Course or equivalent.Exposure/experience with Telecom/FTK project or any related works is an advantage.Splicing/Line man. 1 year experience.With experience on OSP field task.Has ability to make design for ODN or As-Built plan.Knowledgeable in Google Earth, Google Map or Maps Me and MS office (especially Excel and word).Excellent listening, comprehension and communication skills.Willing to learn new knowledge.Flexible to work long hours as demanded by project.With good working attitude.
