Fiber Optical Cable (FOC) - PLDT

1. Responsible for OSP Project Implementation.2. Responsible for both Site Survey, Site Hunting and Support Design Team to Complete link Designed within allowed time frame.3. Ensure to meet all kinds of OSP Implementation works (E2E) from Technical Implementation to Site Acceptance PAT.4. Supervise Subcon Activities, site Deployment Plan and Forecast Target plan of Completion.5. Be familiar with design/as built drawing, fiber testing tools and splicing tools and testing reports6. Good at fiber laying, splicing & testing7. With Good Moral Character.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar function (telecom background).With Actual OSP Work Experience (Troubleshooting of FOC , Testing Using Power and OTDR and Others).Excellent reporting and presentation skills.Fluent in written and spoken English, good communication skills.Willing to be assigned on out-of-base locations for field works.
