Vigilance Analytics Engineer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related course.Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.Three years and up experience on equipment integration is preferred.Three years and up experience as Data Analyst is preferred.Experienced leading CFT’s for value creations and/or technical projects.Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes.Experienced in development of hardware and software that will integrate equipment and other process information to the manufacturing systems database.Experience in SECS/GEM is preferred.Skills in ETL and Big Data analytics is preferred.Background with excel based data processing.Experienced with SQL based data processing is preferred.Programming background in SQL or Excel is a preferred.Background in yield analysis and data analysis to improve yields.Knowledgeable on the use of Minitab. Knowledge on JMP software is preferred.Strong leadership and communicationEntrepreneurial thinking and behaviorKnowledgeable with electronic circuits.Take initiatives and team playerReliable and independentCompensation is based on skills and qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and Development of software and hardware that will integrate equipment and other process information to Camstar for processing to Vigilance AnalyticsDesign, Development and evaluation of features in Vigilance Analytics with primary focus on Assembly. Perform data analytics and data review of the collected dataGenerate predictive algorithms to monitor better maverick events occurring on the Assembly and Test processes and equipment.Conceptualize use cases for the generated data so that it will have value to the Vigilance Analytics users.Collect and consolidate data from various sources, secure them and transform them into useful forms providing value to the data.Train application usersDesign, develop and implement hardware and software changes so that the equipment and process information will be collected and sent to database for post processing. Support the data enhancement activities Drive data standardization across business units so that it can easily be integrated and connected to the Vigilance Analytics system.Support yield improvement initiatives thru the development of analytics tools that can speed up data acquisition and data processing enabling fast analytics of customers.Support other tasks from other departments to design and develop features for Vigilance Analytics.Support other tasks from other departments to enhance customer experience in Vigilance Analytics.Responsible for building systems for collecting, transforming and storing data.
