Job Description

Support new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations' clients by on-boarding them onto the Client System– i.e., implementation of client’s limited partner's list, investments, capitalization table, and securitiesExtract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to the Client.Analyze data thoroughly and precisely to maintain data integrity throughout the onboarding processEffectively liaise between sales and Investor Services teams as the bridge post-sales through implementationCoordinate and manage multiple/simultaneous implementation projects by continually communicating with and motivating clients within tight deadlinesContinuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding processRequirements3 and above years of experienceCollege DegreeProven success in a project management capacityAbility to interpret a story through unstructured dataExperience working with financial data and informationGreat people skills – high degree of empathy and great communication skillsExperience working with clientsExperience in implementing and successfully managing small and large projects or initiatives with sustained, measurable successIncredible organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete competing priorities quickly and autonomouslyPassionate, tactical, and direct, with an ambitious attitude and a proven history to go above and beyond baseline requirementsInterested in working with enterprise software
