职位描述
PURPOSE
Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) scheduled by OSP support head, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, and lead the team to deliver effectively. Conduct actual fiber verification activities. Provide actual updated records of fiber splicing and topology to OSP support head and engineering support head Implement migration and restoration procedures for emergencies conditions such as fiber damages, power failures. Handle actual restoration of damaged fiber facilities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
GRADUATE OF ANY 4 YEAR COURSE3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN OUTSIDE PLANTKNOWLEDGE IN OUTSIDE PLANT ENGINEERING AND CONSTRACTIONAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
COORDINATION
COORDINATES TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS OR AGENCIES FOR FASTER COMPLETION OF THE onGOING PROJECTS. ENSURING ALL PROJECT TO BE DONE IN TIME.FIBERCUT RESTORATION
RESPonSIBLE FOR EMERGENCY CALL OUTS AND TO PERFORM EMERGENCY evalUATION AND REPAIR TO LESSEN THE DOWN TIME.DISPATCHING
DISPATCHING AND ORGANIZING THE WORK OF SUBORDINATES IN THE INSTALLATION AND TESTING AND ENSURE WORK WILL BE DONE IN TIMELY MANER.SUPERVISING THE WORK
RESPonSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THE WORK DONE BY THE TECHNICIANS AND COORDINATORS WHO ARE REQUIRED TO INSTALL, MAINTAIN OPERATIONS IN GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
