005: Industrial Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducts time and motion study and update SAP routingCalculate production line capacity and analyzes constraints (equipment testers) thru resource planning .Propose production layout and non production layout using CADDefine consumption rate of indirect materialsPerforms improvement of processes thru line balancing , C/T analysis , bottleneck analysisUpdates lay-out and building occupancy details (BOD)Validates and consolidates Kaizen entries and provide update to IPS leader and IE regional headReviews projects and recommend improvements in order to ensure that appropriate methodology and tools are used per Kaizen category.

Skills and Abilities:

Can confidently communicate and coordinate major engineering issues to external and internal costumers involved.Results oriented; Able to work independently.Knowledge in Kaizen system.Knowledge in Lean principles and applications.Well versed in CADKnowledge in sigma principles is a plus factor.
