Overall:

Manages new product launch timing from Business Opportunity Proposal to Okay to SellMonitors product conformity with Philippine regulations; government license (PS and ICC) applicationPushes the passport process to deliver the products as plannedProvides technical support to CMI departments (Marketing, Quality, Trade Marketing, Service, Operations, & Sales) – product specs, test/technical evaluation & reports, benchmarking, etc.For the BOM analysis role:​a) Confirms BOM (Bill of Materials) vs. actual product.b) Assigns item codes for service parts.c) Assists Aftersales in identifying service parts for new models.

Job Responsibilities in Details:

Controls new product development and manages its timelines through the Passport Launch ProcessWorks hand-in-hand with the Product Manager (PM) to fulfill the requirements of the Passport Launch Process.Prepares and leads the presentation of QRB report (TP&DF QRB)Constantly communicates/coordinates with the various Product Divisions (PDs) for new product development matters.Manages product compliance with Government regulations (PS/ICC certification)Manages/controls the unit samples of new products/modelsManages/controls the field test units Assists and witnesses Product Performance/Safety TestingConducts/assists in Product Technical TrainingPrepares requests for samples of new products based on approved BOPPrepares the presentation decks (TP & DFQRB) and gathers all necessary content/info to complete itPrepares and checks product drawings/contents of artworks, labels, carton box, user’s manual, etc.Collects necessary information and documents from Product DivisionsOrganizes and participates in teardown activities with AftersalesOrganizes and leads the “Actual Use” activity for new products, with PMs, Training team, and AftersalesArranges/assists in product and technical trainingsHandles all engineering documentsRequests for SAP item codes and Set-upPrepares request for product sampling and testing to BPS/DTI

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Ideally Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.onboarding date will be on January 2023.
