Systems Analyst (Industrial Engineer) | Senior Level

The Senior Systems Analyst will act as the Subject Matter Expert in the Systems/Business Analysis area. The position must gain deep understanding of Company’s business processes and operation to provide appropriate solutions and to propose innovations aligned with Company’s mission and vision within the limits allowed by Management.

Lead business information gathering through process and site observation activities and through coordination with all stakeholders.Facilitate review of current processes and organization of data through process mapping and flow chartingAnalyze operating data and statistics to identify gaps and opportunities in existing processes, policies, personnel, equipment or toolsResearch and study emerging best practices and technological advancements to automate and streamline business processes to achieve operational efficiency.Recommend to Management solutions to address gaps and other business challenges identified during review and analysis of current business systems and operations.Design, simulate, and test process upgrades and new process systems. This includes testing of tools and development of process documents (flow charts) and user manuals for different departments/ stakeholders
