Operational Technology Manager

The Operational Technology (OT) Manager shall lead in the effective management of the plant’s Industrial Automation Systems and assets including all hardware, software, and other devices critical to operations. The aim is to ensure the availability, reliability, and validated status of OT systems to achieve business continuity. The OT Manager owns and protects the Site’s OT System, focusing on innovation, simplification, and long-term plans. You will provide recommendations for an OT equipment replacement plan including the creation of compelling business cases in alignment with the company’s vision and strategy.

What We Ask

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Licensed/Registered is an advantage)At least five (5) years of experience in the field of Project Management handling complex/strategic CAPEX projects in the food /dairy industrySolid background in SHE and Quality Standards in food manufacturingProficient in SAP for Project Planning and Financial ProcessingStrong technical and leadership skillsDecisive and able to work in a fast-paced environmentEffective in written and verbal communication
