Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, communications engineering, or relevant courses.Minimum of 7 years of experience in repair and maintenance services including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fabrication works, and troubleshooting.With at least 2 years of supervisory experience.Experience in actual troubleshooting of Hydraulics, Pneumatics systems machines, automation, PLC analysis, module interfacing, GenSet, and motor sensor maintenance and repair.Knowledge in Calibration, load balancing, HI-POT test & PQT.Ability to lead, direct and organize different job functions.Willing to be assigned at Tawagan, Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule and daily performance of the PlantEnsure the continuous availability, smooth and cost-efficient running of all electrical and electronic systems at the best possible efficiency.Conduct line inspection on all areas of the PlantEnsure conformance to Standard Operating Procedure, 5S, and Good Housekeeping to promote the safe and efficient operation of all systems.Implement company policies and enforce regulations and recommend sanctions to Engineering and Maintenance Manager if necessary.Perform toolbox talks with the Team to discuss Work Schedules, Priorities, and Safety Precautions on every job assignment.Conduct quality inspections on jobs, particularly on new installations, and random checking on existing ones.Perform diagnosing and troubleshooting on machines/equipment during breakdown.Performs other duties as may be assigned.
