职位描述
Responsibilities:
a) Sets key objective to be achieved by the section and establishes detailed business and target.
b) Keep track of the status of all project in his/her section by setting monitoring scheme to achieve timely execution of projects during investigation of abnormalities.
c) Review Validation Protocol and Results.
d) Review result of Risk Management and Post Production Protocols and Results.
e) Develops procedure to standardize the work that must be done uniformly in order to achieve business plan.
f) Coordinate all projects and delegates work to subordinates and entrust responsibilities and authorities.
Requirements:
a) Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graduate
b) With at least eight years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up.
c) With strong knowledge and experience using analytical and problem solving techniques for data analysis
d) With strong knowledge in interpretation and application of machine drawings and its supporting documents
e) Proficient in computer skills and AutoCAD or Solid works
f) Excellent decision making skills, strong leadership and communication proficiency
