JOB PURPOSE:

The Distribution Specialist takes part in supervising and managing the warehouse activities to ensure productivity.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews and documents DC Inventory Management and Goods Receiving Activities.

• Ensures on time processing of transfer posting (TP) of all valid request for adjustments.

• Collaborates with the other department such as IPA and IT on how to minimize the

system error.

• Consider system error and propose practice improvement.

• Accommodates to other section / department concerns.

• Coordinates with other DC sections regarding the error encountered by GD upon GI posting

process.

• Ensures proper execution of Annual Inventory Count for DC/Ecom.

• Ensures proper execution of Cycle Count for E-com.

• Ensures high inventory accuracy of DC/Ecom.

• Anything related to Inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.

• Can communicate effectively both verbal and written

• Experience with handling high volume distribution with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.

• Experience supervising or managing employees in a dynamic environment where coordination with

other managers/employees is required.

• Experience in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of employees and their adherence to policies,

procedures and guidelines is required.

• Experience in a high-volume distribution center is preferable

• Must have strong planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.

• Results-oriented and has a good command of urgency under extreme pressure.

• Must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

• Computer literate

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Balintawak, Quezon City
