Responsibilities:Reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organizationExtends support to the Audit and Compliance Associates in doing the administrative tasks i.e. filing important documents, collation of findings, maintain and compile reports, prepare agendas and reviewing minutes for meetings.Assists the Audit and Compliance Manager in monitoring reporting results of the compliance efforts of the company and any matters relating to compliance.Helps out in all audit tasks conducted by the team and assist other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.Qualifications:Working experience in a call center with QA backgroundProficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Knowledge of audit policies and procedures in particular as it relates to internal compliance activitiesKnowledge in VisioMust be amenable to work on site
