Job Purpose To plan, coordinate, and implement a system for the accurate accounting, reporting, controlling, and safeguarding of VXI’s capital fixed assets.Job Description§ Plans, coordinates, and promotes fixed asset physical inventory process§ Coordinates, updates, and maintains the tracking database for new and existing capital and non-capital fixed assets including asset identification tagging, location identification, physical count, and departmental equipment custodians§ Identifies existing assets without identification tagging numbers, assigns new identification numbers, and posts the newly identifiable assets to the asset module (database)§ Conducts periodical and annual fixed assets physical inventories§ Supplies information for inventory reports as well as other assets reports and records§ Coordinates transfer of equipment with Facilities, IT, and Operations, and updates the assets database with each transfer§ Provides assistance with the implementation of processes in relation to fixed assets safeguarding§ Assists with the development of written processes and procedures for identifying, tracking, transferring, reporting, and as requested, disposing fixed assets§ Provides cross training to relevant staff in relation to fixed asset processes and procedures as required§ Assists in providing documents needed to process PEZA applications for asset movements, disposal, donation, and acquisition§ Addresses service requests by internal customers (VXI employees) relative to asset deployment, replacement, repair, warranty claim, among others§ Ensures issuance and maintenance of recurring supplies provided to operations (headsets, ear pads, other peripherals)§ Manages locker issuance and maintenance for agents§ Supports other sites when needed to sustain operationsRequirements§ College graduate with at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in asset management and fixed asset tracking systems§ Knowledge in PEZA processes is a big plus§ Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to deal with internal and external customers§ Ability to effectively utilize spreadsheets, presentation, and work processing software§ Preferably with experience working in a BPO industry§ Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule and onsite in QC
