JOBSTREET:
Process and prepare accounts payable for PO/non-PO transactions for all locations depending on the given assignment. Accounts that are assigned are usually critical transactions.Ensures the propriety of payables, and that documents are in accordance with established company policies and audit requirements.Prepares payment trackers/schedules to support the accrual process. Be able to identify significant spikes on accounts handled.Constantly coordinates and interacts with various within the department and also with other departments of the companyMaintains good working relationships with supplier’s liaisons and business unit customerLiaises with the Treasury Department regarding payment status for an internal and external client.Process and audit expense reports such as PCF when there is a needPerforms vendor reconciliation and various accounts analyses as requiredRecommend revision/upgrade of the existing politics and procedure.Perform duties that the Finance leaders may assign from time to time.REQUIREMENTS:
Adept knowledge of local taxationAdept knowledge of MS Office applicationsWell-versed with the computerized Accounting systemPossesses very good analytical and auditing skillsAbove-average written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentProficiency and thoroughness in the review of the business and legal documents
