Requirements:
A portfolio of marketing successes, focused heavily on content creation-to-demand generation campaigns.Candidates who has exposure working on B2B software, content marketing Must be proficient in written and spoken English, since you will be dealing with multiple nationalities. Plus, you’ll be required to be customer-facing with a largely North American English speaking customer base.Provide your own machine and high-speed broadband connection (must have video and audio capabilities for Zoom meetings).5+ years of experience as a people manager.Familiarity with professional productivity tools and connectivity such as MS Office, Google productivity suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.), Zoho CRM and Zoom.Bonus:○ Experience as Head of Marketing, Head of Demand Generation, Head of Growth Marketing, with a fine eye on both the strategic and tactical side of content marketing.
○ Experience working in a call center environment in managing project deployment, assigning tasks, and delivery of projects.
Role
This is a leadership position and we require strong candidates with experience in managing teams that connect with Sales, Customer Experience and Product divisions.
We are looking for a professional with a passion for problem solving to support every step of our marketing; with a heavy emphasis on organic content marketing.
You will report to the CEO and work closely with our existing Demand Generation Manager and Marketing Agencies.

People management
A major component of this role will be to:
1. Know and continually innovate the metrics needed to run your team.
2. Create and manage the team based on dashboards.
3. Help innovate people, processes and technology.
This will help the company understand its Cost of Customer Acquisition, Lead Conversions and more.
Manage and monitor a diverse team of both in-house sales & marketing talent and agency partners from around the world. This growing team will report directly to you. You must have experience in managing people and helping them grow. This team is currently +5 people.
