MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Digital Marketing Director is primarily responsible for the end-to-end online marketing activities including strategy, execution, monitoring, and performance, in order to achieve the e-commerce business objectives of generating online leads and growing online product sales. The scope also includes marketing activities with e-commerce partners.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide the necessary leadership for digital marketing strategies, campaign creation/development/execution to support e-commerce business goalsLead and manage the digital marketing team; develop digital marketing capabilities of AXA PHManage all relevant stakeholders in the entity (including senior management), and when needed AMO and Group;Be the entity's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital marketingDevelop and manage relations with external marketing partners, agencies, vendors, etc.Develop and execute all the digital customer acquisition strategy for ecommerce including digital marketing and lead nurturingBuild the digital marketing roadmap to grow leads and product sales generated through digital channels, together with key stakeholdersOversee the development and management of digital campaigns from design, execution, tracking and optimizationOversee functions as digital media management, social media strategy and management, and lead nurturing strategyManage and monitor the overall digital funnelMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess and iterate against goals and KPIsDevelop new and creative growth strategies through digital marketingManage the ecommerce marketing budget and optimize spend and allocation according to business objectivesLiaise with digital agencies, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to execute and successfully manage campaignsLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the proper development of digital assets to support campaignKEY STAKEHOLDERS

At least 8 dedicated experience in digital marketing preferably B2C E-Commerce companies or category, FMCG, and/or Digital AgenciesDigital native, fluent in digital ecosystemHas strong familiarity in various digital marketing tools and techniques: Google Analytics (Adwords as a plus), Marketing CRM / automation, SEO, Social Studio would be a plusHas the ability to drive digital campaign planning and manage campaign execution from providing brief and guidance to creative materials development, and digital campaign reportingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, highly collaborative work environmentStrong project management skills & analytical disciplineCross functional team managementGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenCan lead and foster collaboration in a cross-functional setupKey Competencies (Digital Marketing context)
