The Sales Tracking Specialist (or Commissions Analyst) supports the Sales Planning and Compensation manager with the calculation of the Sales Commission Eligible Amount for all ICIS eligible staff, maintains the integrity of the Sales Commission plans, manages account assignments and hierarchies in the sales systems and helps to administer changes and process and review anomalies raised, and performs Sales/Marketing/Business analysis and reporting.
Accountabilities:
Review and processes anomalies raisedFlags any issues, items for approval as and when neededMaintains all target and Interprets information contained in Custom Pricing Order Form (CPOF) packetWhere exceptions or non-standard adjustments are needed, maintains, enters and verifies themEnsures appropriate calculation of Sales Commission Eligible Amount – checks updates and reconciles numbersIdentifies problem areas and provides ideas for the streamlining of procedures and processesGenerates routine reporting and runs standard queriesMaintains effective communication with functional areasClosely collaborates with the Compensation Manager and the Commercial Analytics teamAnswers basic queries raised about compensation plan, target and actuals.Escalates necessary issues to the Sales Planning and Compensation managerAssists other team members as time permits Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree is a must (any field)At least 2 years relevant experience with auditing or complianceWorking knowledge of MS Office applications, especially ExcelWorking knowledge of CRM (Salesforece, Power BI) and Tableau is a plusPresentation skills (nice to have)Basic attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify problem areas when reviewing numeric information, to see patterns, trends, or missing pieces, identify the similarities in current/past scenarios, and question inconsistencies to determine proper resolutionEffective verbal and written communication skills to partner with functional areas, conduct tasks via the telephone, through e-mails and various written documentsAbility to manage time effectively and to partner with team and functional areas to meet deadlinesStrong teamwork and cooperation abilities to be successfulWhy join us?
