We’re looking for a National Branch Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and overseeing national marketing campaigns for our direct selling channel.
Other responsibilities include:
Developing a business plan and marketing strategy for the branches/stores, particularly with regard to programs for growing our members and dealersActing as point person in the implementation of corporate marketing programs and initiatives in the branches.Initiating, coordinating and executing marketing plans to penetrate new marketsCreating strategies that will increase store recruits, active customers, store campaigns, loyalty programs, reactivation effortsIncreasing brand awareness through strategic campaigns in schools, offices, local organizations, etcWorking with the training manager to help improve our dealer development programLead the planning, development and execution of both in-store and out-of-store marketing campaigns and eventsConduct data-driven market research, competitive and data analysis to develop channel strategies, plans and initiativesQualifications:
Inspiring and charismatic!Ability to generate convincing and truthful marketing campaignsMinimum 10 years’ experience in marketing with a proven track recordMinimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity in direct selling marketingStrong leadership and advanced collaborative abilities.Excellent communication skillsProficient in MS excel and into data analysisHighly proactive and solutions driven with a very positive and can do attitudeGood project management and can streamline processesWilling to work onsite in Quezon City with some work from home after training.
