about the Role:
The Communication Management Head will oversee all communications involving the organization including the development and implementation of a communications strategy and a broad and diverse range of business and marketing communications.
What you'll do:
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop the corporate mission statement and company events conceptsDevelops and implements a communications strategy for the corporation that builds and maintains a positive corporate brandOversees corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as the company website, linkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and industry magazinesOversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver messages, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant.Provides consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programsAssists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messagesProvides support to company activities ensuring adherence and consistency with the corporate brandDevelops, implements, and adheres to communications budget.Develops, composes, distributes, and implements policies to enhance the efficiency of the communications department and to further develop the building and maintaining of a positive corporate brandActs as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in a Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with various members of the mediaPerforms other related duties as assignedWhat we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fieldExtensive experience in public relations, including supervisory and comprehensive marketing experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized with attention to detailSuperior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publicationsAbility to offer sound media relations advice to senior leadershipExcellent managerial and organizational abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills
