Job Description

Gathers necessary/related information, drafts, modifies and submits prescribed TMOD templates and reports for job profiling, competency tool and employee profile libraryother tasks related to TMOD operationsMonday - Friday and WFH (1 day per week)Willing to work in Old Balara, Quezon City

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder, BS Psychology, Business Administration or other Behavioral Science related coursesWith 1-2 years working experience in HR or related fieldWith excellent written and verbal communication skills
