You will develop and execute content for Human Nature, the largest brand of genuinely natural personal care products in the PhilippinesConceptualize, shoot, produce, edit, schedule and publish video and other multimedia content daily on different social media channels (FB, IG, Tiktok, YT)Ensure quality control and accuracy of content, aligned with the style and strategy of Human NatureCurate and produce engaging stories from externally-generated content (audience, press, social media)Audit, refresh and repurpose previously published high-value contentBe a steward of the Human Nature voice and brand of communication, helping it always ring true while adapting to the fast-changing media landscape.Qualifications:Graduate of AB Multimedia Arts or any four year course.Strong track record in producing video content and other types of multi-media, minimum 2 years; portfolio required (beauty/personal care/social enterprise/development work content preferred)With experience in developing and implementing a social media content plan based on objectives, exposure to tracking metrics and re-casting strategyUsed to quick turn-around time in developing content; should be able to demonstrate discipline in work through past work experiences.Strong in video production and editing.Knowledgable and experienced in creating/uploading content in various social media channelsWith a good eye for aesthetics and keeps up-to-date with content trendsFamiliarity with procedures and best practices in online marketingShares our advocaciesWith positive energy and able to rise up to challengesOrganized and able to work independently; persistent at following through on projects even while working remotelyWilling to work onsite 1-2 days a weekWilling to venture out, if required to do shoots
