The Retail Experience Manager is responsible for delivery of our vision of Human Nature as a genuinely world class, natural beauty brand through an exceptional and uplifting experience in all our stores nationwide. The successful candidate will lift the standards of Philippine retail so that our customers feel that ‘Made in the Philippines’ is just as good as ‘Made in France’ or ‘Made in Korea’ the moment they step inside our natural and sustainable beauty stores. You will help encourage our staff to live and breathe our pro-Philippines, pro-poor and pro-environment advocacies and communicate them to all passers-by.
Responsibilities:
Figure out how to deliver that vision in our retail spaces.Engage our customers through excellent service in the stores and across all touchpoints. You must have a 360 degree view to enhance all touchpoints and services not only during the selling period, but throughout a person’s time inside our stores.Drive growth & innovation, starting with our company-owned stores and expanding to all our franchised storesWill act as a project manager leading and working across different stores, branches and other departments, to ensure the timely and effective development and delivery of the visionWork with management team to develop staff, increase individual motivation and promote teamwork, while ensuring operational excellence.Drive & coordinate cross-functional ‘Test and Learn’ Initiatives, across all stores, covering training, coaching and observationHelp improve our Branch Score Card to provide focus on these experiential areas and ensure excellent Score Card results through the individual Store ManagersEnsure all stores’ mastery of day to day store operationWork closely with all store teams to ensure process and standards adherence of the front-liners as well as the other customer touchpoint departments.Qualifications:
Graduate of any four-year course.Proven success managing multiple retail stores for a world class brand in cosmetics/personal care or other similar fieldExperience with successful customer loyalty and reward schemesHigh level of operational excellence and proven track record of process improvementAbility to work independently or collaborate in a group environmentDirect selling experience is a plus.Sharp, agile, and responsive. Has a sense of urgency.Analytic yet with balance of creativity and resourcefulness in finding business solutions.With high sense of integrity and will transparently deal with finances and resources.Organized, systematic and with keen attention to detailsSelf-starter, with a can-do attitude is a must!Willing to work onsite in Quezon City!
