The Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising all activities related to inventory control within a warehouse environment. Ensure that all materials are properly stored and that an accurate and appropriate level of inventory is maintained in order to meet customer demand.Cost ManagementManaging inventory specialists and other personnel by setting schedules, monitoring performance, and conducting reviewsIdentifying causes of issues and implementing process improvementsTime Management ProgramDirects and supports the team to contribute to the effectiveness of the OH&S management systemPromotes continual improvement on activities related to OHSEnsures all work is designated, managed, and compliant with all safety and legal regulationsObserve Safety and Good Warehousing Practice (GWP) StandardJOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management5-7 years of experience in warehousing preferably in Inventory ManagementKnowledgeable in SAP Software (IM/WM/MM)Knowledgeable and experience in 3PL management, Project Management (CBA), Supply Chain Management and Financial ManagementWilling to work in Bicutan, Parañaque
