Manages a team of design and marketing specialists, leads by example, inspires, motivates and manages staff, strictly adhering to the companies’ guidelines and expectationsCreates, revises, aligns and implements workflow and processes as neededEnsures that each team conducts work per standard, timelines and KPI targetsCreates and maintains comprehensive project documentation to continuously improve the operational standards of excellence.Manages schedules, work assignments, status reports and the scope of work, milestones, risk, change control, allocated resources and other things needed to deliver the project per the customer's requirements.Ensures that the respective team members are following the proper procedures at all timesImmediately deals and resolves all important and urgent taskCommunicates and coordinates effectively with other team members and internal departments.-
