EV Sinogba Consulting Engineers ABOUT THE COMPANY Mr. Edgar V. Sinogba entered into a partnership with a former colleague and was established in Manila, Philippines on June 1, 2008. The company’s services were then limited to mechanical designs, including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems. However, the partnership was dissolved in December 2010. Mr. Sinogba decided to continue the operation with its new business name, EV SINOGBA CONSULTING ENGINEERS (ESCE). The company has expanded its operation to complete engineering services, including Civil, Architectural, Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems) and Electrical discipline. EV Sinogba Consulting Engineers now comprises a number of highly qualified individuals with a unique combination of backgrounds in research and practical implementation, experienced in their fields of expertise.
