Founded in 1998, C.O.L. Realty Corporation was a family business by Ms. Consolacion Ocampo Larin and Mr. Aquilino T. Larin. The company initially started a three star hotel and a restaurant both located in Cubao, Quezon City. Beacuse of the fruitful years given to us, in year 2012, a new line of business was born, A.T. Larin Corp. focus on managing several building apartment for rent around Quezon City and Marikina City.ACL Suites located in the heart of Quezon City, Philippines.
