Gicar Construction, Inc.

Established in 1989 as a single proprietorship, Surigao-based GICAR Construction is now GICAR Construction, Inc.(GCI). It is primarily engaged in providing construction services, specifically construction of roads and bridges, with the government as its main client.  More particularly, most, if not all, of its contracts are with the Department of Public Works and Highways.  Presently, it has undertaken construction projects in Region X (Northern Mindanao) and Region XIII (Caraga).
