Aeonprime Land Development Corporation was registered with the Security Exchange Commission on September 7, 2012 with a capitalization of One Hundred Million Pesos (P100,000,000).  The company has developed three grade A buildings in Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang. Aeon Centre’s top-grade facilities and compliance with PEZA registration quickly attracted large national and multinational firms, and was fully leased out by April 2016. Polaris, a 19-storey built to suit facility for one of the world’s top engineering firms, was completed in December 2015, while Capella beside it is targeted for completion in October 2016.
