(PROSYNC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMITS, Inc., is San Miguel’s committed business partner, offering results-driven, technology-based business solutions anchored on the principles of speed, accuracy and value for money. PROSYNC, incorporated on December 13, 2006, has for its primary purpose the following: “To engage in, conduct, and carry on the business of Business Process Outsourcing and providing information technology, support services and business solutions to   satisfy the   needs of   customers in   both domestic   and   foreign   markets; and to sell, distribute and deliver technology products, related support services and consultancy services to such customers”. The prime movers of the organization, San Miguel Corporation (SMC) and PROSYNC, Inc. are not only skilled and proficient experts in the field of information technology but also active in their attempts to formulate new business endeavors and opportunities. In the effort to improve productivity levels and streamline both people and processes, SMC management created this subsidiary that will consolidate, standardize and automate the transactional support processes of the San Miguel Group (SMG) businesses and subsidiaries, and allow them (SMG) to focus on resources and expertise on their core competencies and functions that will lead to growth for the over-all businesses.
